Shipsurance - Never again...

I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER buy shipping insurance through this company again. I'm an Etsy Seller and its the only insurance offered through Etsy shipping (I intend to write to Etsy and ask them to change this...) You won't believe the hoops you have to jump through to get your money when the shipment is damaged. I cannot tell you how annoyed and frustrated I am with this process. I've filed insurance claims through USPS probably 4 times and it is always a relatively smooth process. Never again, Shipsurance. I hope your company crashes and burns... you are absolutely useless...

Shipsurance - Awful

They denied the claim because they said the location from where it was submitted from wasn’t the location where the buyer from.they implied that I filled the affidavit myself too. Also buyer said that when going to fill out the claim, the location appeared in Louisiana when buyer was actually in Florida.
