I used this company through Inkfrog and found them to be completely worthless.The MO seems to be to ask for more and more information until you decide to just give up.

You have to get a 3rd party estimate of what it will cost to get an item repaired, even if there is nobody that does that type of work and if the item is still worthless after it is fixed. Inkfrog should dump this company and get a reputable insurance provider.

Rude customer service.
